代谢酶基因多态致氯乙烯暴露人群染色体损伤易感性研究

Study on susceptibility of chromosomal damage in vinyl chloride exposed workers owing to genetic polymorphisms of metabolizing enzymes

摘要 通过双核淋巴细胞微核方法评价氯乙烯暴露人群染色体损伤水平,PCR法检测GSTT1、GSTM1基因缺失频率,PCR-RFLP检测CYP2E1 G/C、CYP2D6 G/C和GSTP1 G/A基因多态情况,Poisson回归分析代谢酶基因多态及其他危险因素对染色体损伤易感性的影响,发现性别、年龄、氯乙烯暴露、GSTP1和CYP2E1基因多态性可能与个体染色体损伤的发生风险有关,GSTP1 G/A和CYP2E1 G/C基因多态性可能是氯乙烯暴露人群染色体损伤的生物标志。
