皖南浓香型特色烤烟品种的筛选研究 被引量:6

摘要 为筛选能够彰显皖南典型焦甜香烟叶特色风格的品种,采用大田试验研究分析了最新引进及选育的7个品种的农艺性状、产量性状、生理指标、化学成分和组织切片结构变化及评吸质量。试验结果表明,NC71品种的香气质和香气量较好,类胡萝卜素积累量最大,组织结构疏松。K326具有明显的焦甜感、烤后烟叶类胡萝卜素的降解量幅度最大,皖南焦甜香风格特征彰显较为充分。整体来看,NC71品种和K326品种适合皖南浓香型烟区的生态条件,可以进行一定规模的示范种植并开展NC71品种的配套栽培技术研究。 To identify the tobacco varieties which can reveal the burnt-sweet smelling characteristics in the south of Anhui province, a field experiment was conducted to test the newly introduced and bred seven varieties. The effects of their agronomic characters, yields, physiological indices, chemical composition and structure of tissue section on tobacco growth and quality of leaves were investigated. The results showed that the NC71 had sweet temperament and better aroma, carotenoids accumulation, the largest organization structure was loose. K326 had obvious burnt-sweet smelling and the degradation of carotenoids quantity of the flue-cured tobacco was the biggest and could reveal the burnt-sweet smelling characteristics in the south of Anhui province. NC71 and variety K326 varieties were suited to the ecological condition of strong aroma style in the south of Anhui, and had certain production potential.
