上海市新一轮城市总体规划编制背景下闵行区现状评估的思考

Consideration on Status Quo Evaluation of Minhang District under the Background of New Round Overall Urban Planning of Shanghai

2014年5月6日,上海市政府组织召开了全市第六次规划土地工作会议,正式启动全市新一轮城市总体规划的编制工作。在此工作背景下,通过对闵行区现状规划实施情况、存在瓶颈问题的梳理研究,初步提出未来实现区域协调、城乡统筹、功能提升、空间优化、发展转型的发展策略。

On 6 May, 2014, Shanghai Municipal Government convened the land work conference of the sixth municipal planning, which formally initiated the preparation work of the new round overall urban planning. Under such background, regional coordination, overall urban and rural planning, functional promotion, space optimization and strategies for development and transition for future realization were preliminarily proposed by means of teasing out and studying implementation of existing planning and existing bottleneck problems of Minhang District.
