摘要
梳理国家与地方标准中体形系数定义的发展脉络,并比较标准限值的差异;对住宅体形系数相关研究文献做简要综述与数据统计;最后基于以上综述成果,将住宅体形系数的研究历程划分为三个发展阶段,提炼了研究发展过程中的关键转折点及其标志,解读了住宅体形系数研究的本质意义与内在逻辑,并提出了建议与展望。
Teasing out the development vein of definition of shape coefficient in national and local standards and comparing the difference of standard limit values; performing brief summary and data statistics to research documents related to residential shape Coefficient; finally, it divides the research course of residential shape coefficient into three development stages, refines key turning points and their marks in the course of research development, interprets the intrinsic significance and inner logic of research of residential shape Coefficient as well as proposes advice and outlook.
