摘要 宫颈癌发病率居全球妇科恶性肿瘤的第2位。宫颈癌患者中有80%来自发展中国家。我国是宫颈癌的高发国家,近20年来我国宫颈癌患者早期检出率增加,且患者趋于年轻化[1]。肿瘤微环境是肿瘤周围的内环境,包括肿瘤周围的血管、免疫细胞、成纤维细胞、信号因子及细胞外基质。一方面,肿瘤通过释放细胞外信号调控微环境。
