摘要
介绍了利用可编程控制器(PLC)对一种矿山救援系统气动强排卫生装置的设计与实现。实现了防爆、节水、防臭、能收集污物、以高于卫生设备内压力向外部强制排污、成本低、操作简便等技术要求,提高了操作自动化控制水平。
A PLC based pneumatic emission sanitary equipment using in mine rescue system is designed and implemented.This explosion-proof,water-saving,anti-odor equipment is capable of collecting pollutants,which can be forced sewage with pressure higher than the inner pressure of the sanitary equipment.The equipment has the advantages of low cost,easy to operate,which enable a higher automation in control.
