针刺配合生物反馈疗法在盆底失弛缓综合征中的应用

Acupunction and biofeedback therapy in the spastic pelvic floor syndrome

[目的]:观察针刺配合生物反馈治疗盆底失弛缓综合征的治疗效果。[方法]选取临床中符合盆底失弛缓综合征的患者70例,随机分为2组,其中第1组35例,为针刺治疗组,第2组35例,为针刺治疗联合生物反馈治疗组,治疗后分别观察2组的临床疗效,并将2组疗效与其他临床学者对生物反馈疗法治疗盆底失弛缓综合征相对比。[结果]2组治疗方法治疗盆底失弛缓综合征均有明显的疗效,其中第1组总有效率为88.57%;第2组总有效率为97.14%。[结论]针刺和生物反馈疗法对盆底失弛缓综合征的治疗均有明显的疗效,而将两种方法配合使用能更加显著的提高临床疗效。

[Objective]. To observe the acupuncture combined with biofeedback on the treatment of spastic pelvic floor syndrome. [Methods]70 cases with spastic pelvic floor syndrome were equally randomized into 2 groups： acupuncture group and acupuncture＋biofeedback group. Comparisons on the therapeutic effects between the two groups as well as between the two groups and other biofeekback therapies were made. [Results]The two groups received obvious effectiveness with 88. 57%total effective rate in the acupuncture group and 97. 14% in the acupuncture＋ biofeedback group. [Conclusion] Acupuncture and biofeedback therapy were both effective in treating spastic pelvic floor syndrome. The combined use of the two significantly enhanced the efficacy.
