摘要
针对超临界空冷机组凝结水处理存在问题,采用DL/T 953—2005《水处理用强碱性阴离子交换树脂耐热性能测定方法》和长周期不同温度的耐热性能试验2种方法对阴离子交换树脂的耐热性能进行试验研究。结果表明:苯乙烯系强碱性阴离子交换树脂凝胶类产品耐热性能优于大孔类树脂;苯乙烯系弱碱性阴离子交换树脂的耐热性能优于强碱性树脂。
To solve the existing problems during condensate treatment of supercritical air cooling units,heat resistant performance test was carried out for anion exchange resins by two ways.One was by the DL/T 953-20059,the results show that the heat-resistant performance of styrene tpye strong alkaline anion ex-change resin gel products is better than that of big hole products,and the heat-resistant performance of sty-rene tpye weak alkaline anion exchange resin is better than that of strong alkaline anion exchange resin. The other was about a long period heat-resistant performance in the actual scene run working condition, which could provide more accurate test results for the actual resin selection.
