某铁矿废石-全尾砂胶结充填体强度与水灰比的关系 被引量:14

Relationship between Water Cement Ratio and the Strength of Cemented Filling Body with Crushing Waste-rock and Whole Tailings in an Iron Mine

摘要 基于某铁矿提供的废石破碎集料、全尾砂进行了胶结体强度正交试验研究,结果表明胶结体强度与水灰比呈负幂指数关系,符合Arioglu强度预测模型,并进行了回归分析,发现拟合方程属高度显著,且拟合结果精度高。证明了该模型对于矿山胶结充填体强度的预测有一定的适用性和可靠度,可用于实际充填工程参数设计值的初步估算。 Orthogonal tests for the strength of cemented filling body were carried out based on crushing waste rocks and whole railings provided by a certain iron mine. Results indicated that the strength of cemented filling body and water cement ratio were in a negative power exponential function, which conformed to the Arioglu prediction model. Then regression analysis showed that the fitting equations were of great significance as well as high precision in fitting results. The study revealed this model's applicability and reliability in strength prediction of cemented filling body, and availability in preliminary estimate of engineering parameter in actual filling.
