摘要
以石人沟铁矿管道布置为背景,初步探索了FLUENT计算流体分析软件在充填料浆管道输送中的应用,采用L型管道输送试验参数锁定充填倍线为优化目标,对不同充填倍线方案进行了数值模拟和分析,结果表明:在全尾砂胶结充填料浆浓度为72%,流量为100m3/h条件下,充填倍线6.5为最优管道布置方案。该方法可为国内外其他金属矿山充填管道布置优化提供参考和借鉴。
Taking the pipeline layout of Shirengou Iron Mine as an example, the application of FLUENT computational fluid analysis software in the pipeline transportation of filling slurry was preliminarily researched. Testing parameters of L type pipeline transportation was adopted to target the filling times line as the optimization objective, so as to simulate and analyze the pipeline transportation under different filling times lines. The results showed that the filling times line at 6.5 was the optimum pipeline layout, when the whole tailings cementation filling slurry concentration was 72% and flow rate was 100 m^3/h. The method is of great reference for the optimization of filling pipeline layout for other metal mines at home and abroad.
