摘要
首钢秘鲁铁矿股份有限公司选铁尾矿资源量大,含有价金属铜(锌)、铁,具有一定回收价值。为综合利用该尾矿,先后针对秘铁公司3种尾矿试样进行了小型及扩大连续选矿试验研究,随后依据选矿试验研究结论进行了该尾矿综合开发设计,并结合项目所在国法律、法规、技术规范及标准与秘鲁设计公司共同合作完成了基本设计转换,并结合项目经验介绍了秘鲁国选矿设计专业设置、标准体系要求及技术文件内容等方面的概况,提出设计中应注意的问题,以期为类似国际合作项目提供参考。
Shougang Hierro Peru S.A.A (SHP.) has a huge amount of resources of iron ore railings with recycling value, which contains valuable metals such as Cu (Zn) and Fe. For the comprehensive utilization of the railings, laboratory test and pilot-scale test for three kinds of railings samples were carried out. Subsequently, a design for comprehensive utilization of the tailings was carried out based on the conclusions of the test. In terms of the laws, regulations, technical norms and standards of Peru, the design Conversion was completed together with Peruvian design company. Combined with the experiences of the project, an overview of ,the professional settings, standards system, content of technical documents and so on for mineral processing design in Peru was presented, and some noticeable problems in design were proposed. This study could provide a reference for similar international projects.
