摘要
在石灰岩样品表面布置多个传感器,通过接收声发射信号的时间延迟来实现损伤定位。首先,利用声发射仪器对石灰岩样品进行声发射断铅试验来获取声发射信号;然后,利用小波变换对获取的声发射信号进行去噪处理,接着用全相位频谱分析方法对去噪后的信号进行频谱分析;最后,通过最小二乘法来求取声发射源坐标,实现声发射源定位,并将定位结果与仪器自带的定位算法所得结果进行比较。通过定位结果的误差分析,得出了全相位频谱分析在声发射源定位这一领域的可行性。
Multiple sensors were arranged on the surface of limestone to realize the damage location through the time delay of receiving AE signal. Firstly, lead breaking test was carried out by using AE instrument on Limestone samples to obtain AE signals. Then, wavelet transform was used to eliminate the noise, and all phase spectrum analysis method was adopted to analyze the denoising signal. Finally, the coordinates of the AE source was determined with minimum two multiplication. After comparing the positioning result with the instrument localization result and analyzing the errors, it was concluded that the all phase spectrum analysis was available in AE source localization.
