摘要
深井开采循环风利用的前提是循环风质必须达标。在通常情况下,必须采取技术措施对作业区回风进行大风流净化处理。首先对空区、弃用巷道对污风的自净作用及效果进行了分析,并将采空区和废弃巷道的自净作用与雾化喷淋、水浴丝网过滤和活性炭网吸附等人工技术手段相结合,综合形成净化金属矿山井下大风流污风的技术方案和措施,通过工程实例证明,该技术方案应用于深井可控循环通风是可行的。
The quality of circulating ventilation must be up to the standard in deep mining. Generally, technical measures of air purification treatment are necessary for return air in work zone. Firstly, self purification function and effect on pollution wind in goaf and abandoned roadway were analyzed. Then self purification was used combining with artificial network technology such as atomization spray, water bath with screen filter, adsorption by activated carbon network and so on, so as to comprehensively develop a new technical treatment on large air purification in underground metal mines. Engineering examples proved that the treatment was feasible in controllable circulating ventilation of deep mining.
