Study on Roller Surface Wear of High-pressure Roller Mill in Metallurgical Mines

摘要 针对我国冶金矿山行业高压辊磨机辊面使用情况,对高压辊磨机典型工作情况下辊钉受力情况进行了分析研究,分析了导致辊钉折断脱落的主要原因,证明了高压辊磨机所采用工艺措施的合理与否对辊面寿命影响很大,生产成本可相差1.9元/t左右(按原矿计)。结合高压辊磨机在我国选矿生产中的实践情况,提出了有效避免辊钉折断脱落、延长辊面寿命的几点主要措施,为冶金矿山生产提供了参考依据。 According to current situation of high-pressure roller mill used in the metallurgical mines of China, force of roller screw in typical work conditions was studied. Meanwhile, main causes of roller screw to break and drop were analyzed. Rationality of technology was proved to affect the life of roller surface seriously. Compared with previous technology, the difference of production cost was 1.9 yuan/t. Then combining with the application of high-pressure roller mill in mineral processing production, several main measures to avoid breaking and dropping of roller screw were proposed, which were of great reference for the future operation of metallurgical mines.
