不稳定矿体高效进路充填采矿方法优化研究与应用 被引量:15

Research and Application on Optimization of High-efficiency Drift Backfill Mining Method in Unstable Orebody

摘要 鲁地铁矿的矿岩极不稳定,开采难度大,效率低。通过现场勘查、室内试验和数值模拟等手段对该矿采场的稳定性进行了研究,有针对性的提出了"进路下向二步分层回采上向充填开采"和"上向进路分层充填不接顶采矿"相互协调应用的开采技术方案,并通过数值模拟计算验证了可靠性。现场应用结果表明,根据矿岩体稳定程度协调使用"下向二步分层回采"和"上向进路分层充填不接顶回采"技术,可大幅简化施工工序,提高采矿效率30%以上,采场安全性好,矿石损失少,经济效益显著。 It is difficult and inefficient to develop the unstable ore body of Ludi iron mine.Studies on the stability of this ore body were put forward by means of on-site survey,indoor tests,and numerical simulations.Then,a mining method combined "downward two-step drift stoping with upward backfill" and " upward drift backfill mining with roof unconnected" was correspondingly proposed and verified by numerical calculation.Practical application showed that coordinated use of these two techniques can simplify the construction process greatly and improve the efficiency more than 30%,with good safety,poor loss rate and excellent economic efficiency.
