某低品位微细粒嵌布赤铁矿选矿试验研究

Experimental Study on the Mineral Processing of a Micro-fine Disseminated Low-grade Hematite

摘要 采用阶段磨矿-弱磁获精-强磁抛尾-反浮选流程对某低品位微细粒嵌布赤铁矿进行了选矿工艺试验研究。结果表明:在入选原矿品位TFe 24.07%、第一段磨矿细度-0.074mm占50%、第二段磨矿细度-0.074mm占95%的条件下,可获得产率21.96%、品位65.90%、回收率60.04%的最终综合精矿。 The mineral processing experimental research was carried out on a micro-fine disseminated low-grade hematite by stage grinding,low intensity magnetic separation for obtaining concentrate,high intensity magnetic separation for discarding tailings,and reverse flotation.The results showed that using the technological process,a final iron concentrate with TFe grade of 65.90%,yield of 21.96% and iron recovery of 60.04% was obtained from the raw ores with TFe grade of 24.07%,under the first stage grinding size of 50%-0.074 mm and the second stage of 95%-0.074 mm.
