黔西南某碳酸盐型萤石矿浮选试验研究 被引量:10

Flotation Research on A Carbonate-type Fluorite Ore in Southwest Guizhou

摘要 贵州西南地区某碳酸盐型萤石矿品位低,脉石矿物主要为方解石和石英,矿石中碳酸钙和二氧化硅含量总和达44.59%。采用酸化水玻璃及有机抑制剂组合共同抑制石英及方解石等脉石矿物,以自制油酸作捕收剂,进行了浮选试验。通过粗选条件试验,确定了最佳的粗选条件为:磨矿细度-0.074mm占75%,碳酸钠用量1000g/t,水玻璃用量300g/t,油酸用量300g/t,Df03用量100g/t。在此基础上,采用一粗一扫四精浮选流程进行了闭路试验,获得CaF2、CaCO3、SiO2品位分别为95.52%,1.31%,1.07%,回收率分别为91.20%,3.19%,1.76%的萤石精矿,达到化工需求的萤石精矿三级标准。 A carbonate-type fluorite ore with low grade in southwest Guizhou,mainly contained gangue minerals of calcite and quartz,in which the total content of calcium carbonate and silica reached 44.59%.In the flotation test,acidified sodium silicate and organic inhibitor were combined as depressor of gangue minerals,such as quartz and calcite,and a self-made oleic acid was used as collector.Through roughing flotation test,the optimal conditions were determined that grinding fineness was 75%-0.074 mm,and the dosage of NaCO3,water glass,Df03 and oleic acid were respectively1000,300,100g/t and 300g/t.On this basis,closed-circuit flotation tests were carried out by process of one roughing,one scavenging and four time of cleaning.Fluorite concentrate could be obtained with CaF2,CaCO3,SiO2 grade of95.52%,1.31%,1.07%and recovery of 91.20%,3.19%,1.76%respectively,which reached gradeⅢ of requirement in chemical industry.
