摘要
为了使金山店铁选厂大量堆存的铁尾矿得到有效的应用,进行了铁尾矿用作路面基层材料的试验、研究。经过无机结合料稳定土配比研究、击实试验、无侧限抗压强度试验后发现,当水泥剂量为5%、聚丙烯纤维掺量为1.4kg/m3、碎石掺量为30%、铁尾矿用量70%时,混合料7d无侧限抗压强度可达4.24MPa,达到了高速公路及一级公路路面基层材料无侧限抗压强度的要求。试验结果为下一步将金山店铁尾矿应用于公路工程奠定了良好的基础。
For effective utilization of Jinshandian's substantial iron tailings,tests and studies to prepare subgrade materials were carried out.Through research on mix ratio of inorganic binders in stabilized soil,compaction tests,and unconfined compressive strength tests,results were obtained that when the mixture cement dosage of 5%,polypropylene fibers of1.4kg/m^3,detritus dosage of 30%and iron tailings dosage of 70%,the unconfined compressive strength of inorganic binders in 7days was 4.24 MPa.The result could satisfy the strength requirements of subgrade used for highway and arterial highway,and lay a foundation for utlizing iron tailings in highway engineering.
