摘要
考察了不同金属离子对于胶原蛋白自聚集过程的影响,在pH为5.0时,添加不同浓度金属离子会引发胶原蛋白聚集过程的加速及抑制作用,根据柯林斯理论,确定了不同金属离子对于该过程的影响能力大小为Cu2+>Fe3+>Zn2+>K+;并在金属离子存在的条件下,考察了pH对于胶原蛋白自聚集过程的影响,发现不同的金属离子的存在对于该过程具有不同的影响,Zn2+影响较大,Cu2+影响不大,而Fe3+的影响主要发生在自身溶解度的改变。
Different metal ion with different concentrations were examined in collagen self-aggregation process. Metal ion with different concentrations were added to collagen solution to accelerate or inhibit aggregation process at pH 5. 0. Results shows that effect of different metal ions on collagen aggregation process decrease in the order Cu^2 + Fe^3 + Zn^2 + K+while explained by Collins theory. The effect of pH on collagen self-aggregation process with present of metal ions was investigated by turbidity analysis.Results show that Zn2 +has larger impact than that Cu^2 +has. Effect of Fe^3 +on this process was mainly because of its solubility changing.
