摘要
以马来酸酐、丙烯酰胺、次亚磷酸钠、聚乙二醇4000为单体,过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,合成一种四元共聚物。确定最佳的合成条件:单体配比n(马来酸酐)∶n(丙烯酰胺)∶n(聚乙二醇)=1∶0.8∶0.04,单体浓度20%,反应温度85℃,反应时间4 h,引发剂加量10%(单体总量),次亚磷酸钠加量18%(单体总量)。结果表明,阻垢剂加量100 mg/L时,钙垢及硅垢阻垢率可以达到98.96%,70.26%,测试温度85℃下,钙垢及硅垢阻垢率保持90%,60%以上。表明此四元共聚物是一种性能优良的阻垢剂。
Maleic anhydride,acrylamide and sodium phosphite,polyethylene glycol 4000 as monomers,ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as initiator to synthesize quadripolymer. The best synthetic conditions is that the monomer ratio is n( MA) ∶ n( AM) ∶ n( PEG) = 1 ∶ 0. 8 ∶ 0. 04,monomer mass is 20%,dosage of initiator is 10%,temperature of polymerize is 85 ℃,time of polymerize is 4 h,dosage of SHP is18%. The results showed that the anti-scaling agent added amount 100 mg/L,the rate of calcium carbonate scale inhibition is 98. 96%,the rate of silicon scale inhibition is 70. 26%. When the temperature of static test under 85 ℃,the rate of calcium carbonate scale inhibition and silicon scale inhibition more than 90% and 60%. Results show that this quadripolymer is an excellent performance of scale inhibitors.
