中深孔机械化采矿法在急倾斜薄矿体中的应用 被引量:10

The Application of Medium-length Hole Mechanized Mining in Steeply-inclined and Thin Orebody

摘要 针对高寒高海拔地区急倾斜薄矿体特殊的开采条件,劳动密集型采矿方法生产能力低、安全性差,选用中深孔机械化嗣后废石充填采矿法并进行了应用研究,采用数字技术及深孔采矿机械对采矿工艺进行精细化设计与施工。结果表明,中深孔机械化开采机械化程度高,克服了高原地区工作环境恶劣、工作效率低等缺点,提高了开采的安全性,有效减少了矿石的损失,具有广阔的应用前景。 To the special mining conditions,such as steeplyinclined and thin orebody located at the high-altitudeand cold area,now the labour-intensive method with lower capacity and poor safety is used in mining.For improving,the medium-length hole mechanized mining with waste backfilling was selected for application research.The design and construction precious are improved by using digitization technology and deep- hole drilling machines. The results showed that the medium-length hole mechanized mining has highly mechanization degree,overcomes the shortcomings of poor working conditions in plateau region and low work efficiency,and improves the safety status and reduces the oreloss.This method has broad application prospect.
