摘要
为释放村庄下压煤,提高资源回采率,减少开采引发的环境破坏,根据张赵煤矿生产地质条件,提出利用尾砂膏体充填技术对102采区进行跳采充填,采5m,留煤柱15m,待充填后再对15m煤柱进行分段回收充填。介绍了尾砂膏体充填过程中密封墙的砌筑、充填管路铺设、管路清洗和制浆工作等。充填后实测分析表明,采区上方地表下沉系数为0.10,最大下沉量为240 mm,最大水平变形为0.8 mm/m,最大倾斜值为2.2mm/m,充填效果较好。
In order to mining the coal under village,improve recovery rate and reduce the environmental damage,the tailing-paste backfilling technology is adopted to realize the room-pillar alternation based on the geological conditions at102#area in Zhangzhao Coal Mine.In this method,5 m wide coal room is firstly excavated,then 15 m wide coal pillar is remained.After the room is backfilled,the pillar would be recovered in sublevel method and backfilled by tailingpaste.The sealing wall detail,the layout of filling pipeline,the pipeline's cleaning and the pulping work are introduced in this paper.The measurement,after backfilling,proved that the surface above mining area has positive effects,with the surface subsidence coefficient 0.1,the maximum surface subsidence 240 mm,the maximum horizontal displacement0.8mm/m,and the maximum tilt displacement 2.2mm/m.
