摘要
针对常规压缩式封隔器无法满足夹层厚度小于1m的薄夹层注水井实施高效卡封,现有的扩张式长胶筒封隔器在洗井后,二次坐封率难以得到保障的问题。我们成功研制了新型扩张式长胶筒封隔器。该封隔器设计了将压缩式封隔器的洗井机构融入其中,使胶筒内腔和洗井通道独立分开,有效的避免了封隔器内外压差而造成的封隔器解封,为薄夹层精细分层挖潜提供了有力的工艺技术支撑。
According that ordinary compression packer can't meet effective plugging for thickness of interlayer less than one mile, and regular long--rubber expansion packer can't ensure secondary setting rate after well--flushing. We successfully developed new--style long--rubber expansion packer. It adds well--flushing mechanism from compression packer, we design separated long--rubber lumen and well--flushing channel. It avoids rubber release by differential pressure of packer inside and outside. This packer provides the meticulous potential exploitation of water flooding with the effective technical support.
