摘要
岱海电厂二期2×600MW机组配置3台50%BMCR容量的电动给水泵,正常运行中两台运行,一台备用。出于系统节能考虑,机组低负荷(<410MW)下采取"单泵运行模式"。当负荷升高时,启动且并入第二台电泵,在给水泵并退过程中,容易出现如汽包水位波动大、机组RB误动作等问题,本文针对给水泵并退过程中容易出现的问题进行分析,并给出解决方法。
There are configuration of three 50% BMCR capacity of electric feed pump in Daihai Power Plant 2×600MW unit, normally two runs, one standby. For system energy considerations, "single pump operation mode" is adopted when the units load is low (〈410MW). When the load increases, the second pump is started and incorporated. In process of the feed pump combining and retreating, some issues may occur such as the drum level is prone to large fluctuations ;Units RB malfunctions, this paper will analyze these problems and give solutions.
