摘要 复杂断块油田开发后期单井产量低,开发效益差,可通过二次开发研究进一步改善开发效果。本文以港西一区二四断块二次开发为例介绍二次开发在复杂断块后期开发中的研究与应用。运用新的"三重"技术思路,进行重构地下认识体系研究,通过部署新井和老井综合利用相结合重建井网结构来改善注采对应关系;结合地面系统的简化优化研究,重组地面工艺流程,整体编制二次开发方案。一区二四断块二次开发方案经过现场集中实施后,开发指标大幅度提升,增油效果显著。该区二次开发的成功实施,为大港油田复杂断块油田同类型油藏进一步大幅度提高采收率奠定了坚实基础,为老油田开发后期挖潜提供了一条成功之路。 The complicated fault oilfield is which entered the late oilfield development with low well production and poor exploitation benefit. Through reconstructing the reservoir system to improve the development effect. This paper takes the lq24 block of Gangxi as an example to introduce the application and research of secondary development. Reconstruction pattern structure research improves the injection--production relationship by deploying new wells and re--utilization of old wells. Rebuilding the surface engineering process through the optimization and simplification of the surface engineering. Secondary development plan are directed by using the new "triple" technology. The secondary development plan of Block lq24 in Gangxi oilfield has been implement concentrated on site The main development indexes in the block are promoted significantly. The effect of oil increase significantly. The application of the secondary development in this Block has achieved good results. It can provides a technology for the same type oilfield to improve development and enhance oil recovery.
