气液两相流混输管道的温降计算

摘要 根据气液两相流混输过程中的能量传递规律,推导出两相流混输过程中的温降公式,考虑了Joule-Thomson效应和液体摩擦生热引起的温升,建立了三种油气两相流温降计算数学模型,并进行了详细的讨论,计算结果表明:用液体持液率Hl代替质量含气率Xg计算两相流的混合比热容Cp能够提高温降的计算准确性。 According to the energy transfer rules of the process of gas-liquid two-phase flow mixed transportation, the temperature drops formula has been deduced in the process of two-phase flow mixed transportation. Considering the effect of Joule-Thomson and the risng temperature which caused by fluid friction and heat,three kinds of the temperature drop calculation mathematical model of oil gas of two- phase flow has been established and discussed in detail. The calculation results show that : when replacing the dryness fraction Xg with the liquid holdup HL,the mixed calculation of two-phase flow heat capacity Cp can improve the accuracy of the calculation of temperature drops.
