摘要
在含硫气藏的开采过程中,井筒堵塞是较为常见的现象。与普通气井不同,含硫气井的井筒堵塞有可能是水合物造成,也可能是硫沉积造成。本文在对含硫天然气进行物性修正及正确计算井筒压力、温度分布的基础上,建立了水合物生成条件的计算模型及硫沉积的计算模型。根据建立的模型,编写了计算程序,用以确定含硫气井井筒堵塞类型及具体位置。通过开发软件进行实例计算,其计算结果与实际相符,可作为优化生产参数、开展井下解堵作业的基础。
During the process of these sour gas reservoirs produced,wellbore plugging was a common phenomenon.Different with general gas reservoir,the wellbore plugging of sour gas reservoirs can be caused by hydrate or sulfur deposition.On the basis of correcting sour gas' physical property and calculating wellbore's pressure and temperature,this paper built two calculation models to confirm the produce condition and location of hydrate and solid sulfur.According to these models developed the software for calculation,the calculation results match to actual situation.So,the prediction models and software can be used as a design basis for Optimization of production parameters and clean-out operations in downhole.
