摘要
YM35-A井于2006年11月自喷投产,2008年7月转电泵生产,当年12月因含水高达98%而关井。该区块固井普遍差,本井因管外窜而产水。根据该井井底温度高,地层矿化度高,常规水泥封窜效果不好的情况,决定引入新型耐温抗盐封窜微膨胀堵剂进行封窜作业,成功补救了5480-5565米井段和喇叭口套管固井质量,实现了增油降水的目的。同时为该区块方案调整指明了方向。
YM35-A flowing well was put into production in November 2006.In July 2008,electrical pump had been adopted in production.In December of 2008,it was shut down due to high water content in the well which was up to 98%.The well cementing quite inferior in quality in this block.The water occurrence of this well was due to underwater seepage.Based on he characteristics of high temperature at the bottom and high mineralization degree of this well,combining the poor effect of conventional cement Plugging,This technology was introduced and had successfully repaired the section where seepage occurred at5,480 - 5,565 meter and secured the liability of casing.Therefore,the production of YM35-A was restored,achieving the purpose of increasing oil and decreasing water.At the same time,this case also provided the direction of strategy adjustment in this block.
