摘要
现代企业普遍采取绩效管理,如何有效地根据员工能力进行工作分配,最终完成既定的工作计划,并科学合理地对员工的工作绩效进行预期,已经越来越成为现代人力资源管理的重要课题。本文通过建立人力资源模型,以Lingo数学软件为工具,对班组工作分配进行模拟和计算,得到特定情况下的工作分配方案,为风电班组现场工作分配提供一些参考。
The performance management widely used in modem enterprise. Based on performance management, how to set tasks according employee's ability scientific and effectively has become the important subject of modem human resources management. In this paper, by establishing the model of human resource, using lingo for simulation and calculation the model, finally get reasonable work allocation.
