摘要
随着风电行业自动化水平的不断提高,近年关于风电机组振动监测与故障诊断技术研究逐渐深入,已有越来越多的技术、算法、产品应用到了风电机组的监测中。本文提出了一种风机在线振动监测系统的解决方案,实现了风机运行数据及振动数据的采集、上传及存储;构建了基于wcf架构的数据接口;根据最终用户工作属性不同,开发了诊断分析系统和信息管理系统,实现了风电机组的远程在线振动监测。
With the increasing of wind power industry automation, research level on wind turbine vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis technology is gradually improving in recent years, more and more technology, algorithms, products are applied to the monitoring of wind turbines. This paper presents a solution for the system of online vibration monitoring, realized data acquisition,upload and storage of the wind turbine operation parameters;constructed the data interface based on wcf architecture;developed a analysis system and information management system based on the different users. Realized the remote on-line vibration monitoring of wind turbines.
