摘要
压力加工是机械加工的基本方法之一,在工业生产中占有重要的地位。目前有些压机采用的还是人工操作:送料、定料、出料、清理废料都靠手工完成。一是体力消耗大;二是工作时间长了,容易使操作者产生麻痹思想,导致事故的发生。实践证明,采用复合模、多工位连续模,或者在模具上设置机械进出料机构,实现机械化自动化等,都能达到提高产品质量和生产效率,减轻劳动强度,方便操作,保证安全的目的。这是冲压技术的发展方向,也是实现冲压安全保护的根本途径。本文详细论述了500t压机的应用现状、自动化改造的具体内容和过程。
Pressure processing is one of the basic method of mechanical processing, occupies an important position in industrial production. Manual operation or some press adopts: feeding, feeding and discharging and cleaning of waste materials are completed by hand. One is the physical exertion; two is to work for a long time, easy to enable the operator to produce paralysis of thought,caused the accident. Practice has proved that using compound die, multi station progressive die, or in the mould set machinery import and feeding mechanism, the realization of mechanization and automation, to improve product quality and production efficiency,reduce labor intensity, convenient operation, safety purposes. This is the development direction of stamping technology, but also the fundamental way to achieve the stamping safety protection. This paper discusses in detail the specific content and process automation application status, the 500 t compressor.
