减速机二级行星轮系的动力学特性研究

摘要 为了研究EBZ132型悬臂式掘进机截割部减速机的振动与噪声问题,对该减速机的二级行星齿轮传动系统进行了运动学和动力学参数的理论计算,并应用虚拟样机分析软件ADAMS对该齿轮传动系统进行了动力学分析,得出了各级啮合齿轮对的啮合力随时间和频率变化的特性曲线图。其仿真结果与理论计算结果相吻合,对行星轮系的振动特性、可靠性,以及寿命等研究具有一定的指导意义。 In order to research the vibration and noise of EBZ132 roadheader cutting reducer,the kinematics and dynamics parameters of two stage planetary gear transmission system of a reducer were theoretically calculated. And the dynamic analysis of the gear system was conduced with the application of the virtual prototype analysis software ADAMS. The characteristic curve of the gear pair meshing force with time and frequency change was obtained. The simulation results agree well with analytical results. The study results have certain guiding significance for the vibration characteristics,reliability and life research of the planetary gear train.
