2型糖尿病患者血脑钠肽和超敏C-反应蛋白与左心功能的关系

Relationship between Levels of B- type Natriuretic Peptide,High- sensitivity C- reactive Protein and Left Cardiac Function in Type 2 Diabetes

目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血浆B型脑纳肽(BNP)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及左心功能的相关性。方法:选取收治的30例2型糖尿病患者作为本组研究的观察组,选取30名健康人员作为对照组,分别对两组进行BNP、hs-CRP及LVEDD和EF检测,并对结果进行分析。结果:观察组的BNP、hs-CRP、LVEED及EF水平无与对照组有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中观察组BNP、hs-CRP水平与EF呈明显负相关,与LVEDD呈明显正相关。结论:通过对2型糖尿病患者的BNP与hsCRP水平进行检测与患者左心功能紧密相关,hs-CRP也可以同BNP一样作为"评定"心力衰竭的指标之一。

Objective To investigate the effect if BNP and hs - CRP ti the left ventricular functiin cirrelatiin in type 2 diabetic. Method 30 cases if type 2 diabetes patients were selected as ibservatiin griup,and 30 healthy persins as cintril griup,respectively BNP,hs - CRP and LVEDD in the twi griup and EF detectiin,and ti check the results if the cimparative analysis. Results the BNP,hs - CRP,LVEED and EF level if ibservatiin griup had significant difference with the cintril griup,with statistical significance（p ﹤ 0. 05）;the level if BNP and hs - CRP in the ibservatiin griup was negatively cirrelated with EF,and was pisitively cirrelated with LVEDD. Conclusion The BNP and hs- CRP levels if patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were detected and clisely related ti the left ventricular functiin in patients,it can risk if heart failure and prignisis fir effective predictiin.
