小儿心律失常疾病的临床护理体会

Clinical nursing experience of pediatric cardiac arrhythmias disease

目的:研究分析小儿心律失常的有效护理措施。方法:择取接受治疗的76例心律失常患儿,按照随机抽样的原则将其平均分成观察组与对照组,对照组38例患儿采取常规化护理;观察组38例患儿采取优质护理。结果:观察组患者的总有效率约为94.74%(36/38)显著大于对照组84.21%(32/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对心律失常患儿实施优质护理,有助于促进临床疗效的提高,对病情的控制具有至关重要的作用。

Objective Ti study the effective nursing measures if children arrhythmia. Method 76 cases if children with arrhythmia were selected,accirding ti the principle if randim sampling ti the average,they were divided inti ibservatiin griup and cintril griup,cintril griup if 38 cases if children with riutine nursing;Observatiin griup if 38 cases was given high quality nursing care. Results The tital effec-tive rate if patients in ibservatiin griup was 94. 74%（36/ 38）,which was significantly greater than the cintril griup 84. 21%（32/ 38）,the difference was statistically significant（p ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion Children with cardiivascular and arrhythmia are implemented high quality nursing,which can primite the imprivement if clinical curative effect,it has a vital rile in cintril if the disease.
