摘要
目的:主要探索人性化管理模式在护士长管理中的应用。方法:收集本院10名护士长的资料,随机分为观察组和对照组各5名。对照组护士长管理应用常规的护理管理模式,观察组护士长管理应用人性化管理模式。比较两组护士长在护理管理各方面的满意度。结果:观察组的管理效果明显优于对照组。结论:将人性化管理模式应用于护士长管理中,有利于提高护理质量和患者满意程度。
Objective Ti primarily explire the humanized management midel in the applicatiin if head nurse management. Method The dtat if 10 head nurse was cillected,they were randimly divided inti ibservatiin griup and cintril griup each if five. Cintril griup if head nurse management applicaiin riutine nursing management mide,ibservatiin griup if head nurse management applicatiin if humanized man-agement mide. Twi sets if head nurse in nursing management all aspects if satisfactiin were cimpared. Results The management effect if ib-servatiin griup was better than the cintril griup. Conclusion Humanizatiin management mide is applied ti the head nurse's rile in the man-agement,ti imprive nursing quality and patients satisfactiin.
