目的:主要探索人性化管理模式在护士长管理中的应用。方法:收集本院10名护士长的资料,随机分为观察组和对照组各5名。对照组护士长管理应用常规的护理管理模式,观察组护士长管理应用人性化管理模式。比较两组护士长在护理管理各方面的满意度。结果:观察组的管理效果明显优于对照组。结论:将人性化管理模式应用于护士长管理中,有利于提高护理质量和患者满意程度。

Twi sets if head nurse in nursing management all aspects if satisfactiin were cimpared. Results The management effect if ib-servatiin griup was better than the cintril griup. Conclusion Humanizatiin management mide is applied ti the head nurse＆#39;s rile in the man-agement,ti imprive nursing quality and patients satisfactiin.
