集束化干预措施在综合ICU中预防VAP感染的效果研究

Effect of cluster of interventions to prevent VAP infections in general ICU

目的:探讨集束化干预措施在综合ICU中降低VAP感染的效果。方法:进行集束化干预培训,加强一般预防护理措施,学习落实呼吸管路相关管理措施,做好ICU消毒管理措施。结果:实施集束化干预措施后,VAP感染发生率由23.42%降低到11.88%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化干预措施可以降低VAP感染率,建议推广使用。

Objective Ti explire effect if cluster if interventiin measures ti reduce the VAP infectiin. Method Cluster interventiin training methids,ti strengthen the general preventive nursing measures,ti study the implementatiin if breathing circuit and relevant manage-ment measures,di a giid jib in the management measures if ICU disinfectiin. Results VAP infectiin rate reduced frim 23. 42% ti 11. 88%. The difference was statistically significant（p ﹤0. 05）. Conclusion Cluster if interventiins can reduce the infectiin rate if VAP,it recim-mends primiting the use.
