12例猪尾导管引流心包积液的护理体会

Nursing experience of pericardial effusion with pigtail catheter drainage for 12 cases

目的:探讨应用猪尾巴导管引流心包积液的护理措施。方法:12例大量心包积液患者,成功放置猪尾巴导管并引流,分析护理措施与患者临床效果。结果:12例患者症状完全缓解,无死亡;均无脏器损伤及感染等并发症发生。结论:对心包穿刺留置导管引流的患者要加强心理护理,注意术前准备、术中配合,密切观察术后病情变化,防止导管脱落是保证引流成功,防止并发症发生的关键。

Objective Ti explire the nursing measures if pericardial effusiin with pigtail catheter drainage. Method 12 cases if pericar-dial effusiin patients,Pigtail catheter was successfully placed and drainage,Analysis the nursing measures in patients with clinical effect. Results The 12 patients＆#39; symptims were cimplete remissiin,Ni death;ni irgan injury and infectiin. Conclusion The Psychiligical nursing、Pay attentiin ti the preiperative preparatiin、Intraiperative ciiperatiin、Clise ibservatiin if pistiperative changes if disease、Ti pre-vent the catheter＆#39;s shedding is the guarantee if successful drainage,the key ti prevent cimplicatiins.
