摘要
为解决热处理后钢丝在水箱拉丝机拉拔时速度低、叫模、模耗高、钢丝跑号等问题,以6.5 mm 65钢盘条拉拔到2.6 mm,再从2.6 mm拉拔至1.0 mm为例,给出热处理连续生产作业线生产过程的控制要点:(1)钢丝温度由原来的(890±10)℃提高到(920±10)℃;(2)酸洗温度55℃,时间32 s;(3)磷化温度80~95℃,酸比9~12。通过连续生产线过程控制改进,提高了水箱拉丝机的拉拔速度,基本解决了拉丝叫模、钢丝跑号等问题,拉丝产量提高了75%,模耗由原来的3.5块/t降低到1.3块/t。
In order to solve the problem of low speed, wire drawing die screaming, high energy consumption and making wrong wire size in the process of wire drawing of water tank wire drawing machine after heat treatment, for example ; diame- ter 6.5 mm 65 wire rod is drawn to diameter 2.6 mm, and then drawn to diameter 1.0 ram, list the key points of production process of heat treatment continuous production line: ( 1 ) Improve the wire steel temperature from original (890 +- 10 ) ~C to (920 + 10) ~C ; (2) Pickling temperature is 55 ~C, time is 32 s ; (3) Phosphating temperature is 80 - 95 ℃, acid ratio is 9 ~ 12. Through the improvement of continuous production line process control, improve the drawing speed of water tank drawing machine, basicly solve the problems of wire drawing die screaming, drawing production improves 75%, energy consumption of the mold decreases from original 3.5 piece/t to 1.3 piece/t.
