摘要
介绍鞍钢高线生产高碳钢线材的创新与实践。通过对高碳钢控轧控冷工艺的探索与试验,指出影响高碳钢组织性能与加工性能的控轧控冷工艺因素,如轧制速度、连轧张力、控冷工艺、相变前组织的均匀化程度等。阐述高碳钢氧化铁皮的生成机制及氧化铁皮脱落控制方法。采用EDC技术开发16 mm YL82B高碳钢线材,产品抗拉强度1 195~1 230 MPa,断面收缩率23%~30%,索氏体化率≥80%,产品经拉拔后合股制成1×7、21.6 mm1 860 MPa级钢绞线,并用于矿山锚固工程。
To introduce the innovation and practice of Ansteel high speed wire rod on high carbon steel wire rod produc- tion. Through exploration and test of high carbon wire rod control rolling and control cooling, the factors affect the property of high carbon steel is pointed out, such as rolling speed, rolling tension, control cooling process, uniform of microstrueture before phase transformation and so on. The formation mechanism and controlling method of iron scale of high carbon steel is introduced. Diameter 16 mm YL82B high carbon steel wire rod is developed by adopting EDC technology, tensile strength is 1 195 to 1 230 MPa, area reduction is 23% to 30% , sorbite rate is no less than 80%. 1 860 MPa class strand of 1 x7, diameter 21.6 mm after drawing and stranding is made, and used for mine anchoring engineering.
