In order to improve the service abilities of CYL （Communist Youth League） organizations and leadet for adapting to We-media era, College CYL shoulc accurately understand its functions and communication characteristics with the platform of WeChat （cellphone app. - instant messaging service）, and practically innovate CYL＇s operating methods via the following measures： renewing ideas of＂WeChat＂; building WeChat Public Platfolrn of CYL Committee; initiating ＂Micro＂ activities based on this Platform and promoting theonline competence of CYL organizations.
