摘要
通过对女大学生对社会性别角色、对成才观的认识;社会影响因素;学业状况与非智力因素状况等方面的调查得知,她们既认可自己的生理性别,内心渴望成才,对成才充满信心,拥有积极、健康、向上的成才观,能较认真地对待学业。同时,觉得男女社会性别存在不平等,存在专业知识掌握不扎实的不足,情感上对男性有依赖思想,缺乏独立性,奋斗目标不太明确,动力不足,意志力较薄弱。促进女大学生成长需要社会、家庭、高校和女大学生主体的共同努力。
According to the survey of female undergraduates" awareness of social gender role and views of success, social facto,z,academic conditions and non-intellectual factor conditions, etc., it is known that they recognize their biological gender and theyare serious about their studies with inner desire for growing mature, with confidence about their development and maturity, aswell as a positive view of becoming excellent. At the same time, they sense gender inequality, with some shortcomings: unsoundprofessional knowledge, emotional dependence on male, lack of independence, unclear goal, inadequate motivation and weakwillpower. To promote their development requires joint efforts of the society, families, universities and themselves.
