摘要
随着竞争日趋激烈,大学本科毕业生就业所需的能力门槛也逐渐提高,各就业单位对大学生的素质与能力提出了更高的要求。相对于普通学生而言,学生干部由于较高的综合素质、组织管理以及处理问题等各项能力,往往成为用人单位青睐的人选。高校学生干部既是教育对象又参与学生管理,是优良校风、学风建设的推动者,是活跃校园文化活动的骨干,他们的就业优势明显高于非学生干部,其优势来源于其较强的执行力、良好的沟通能力和综合素质。
With the increasingly severe competition, the thresholds for university graduates" employamnty aso gtauuayemployers require higher qualifications and abilities. Compared with ordinary graduates, student leaders are usually favored byemployers because of their superior comprehensive competences, as well as capabilities for organizing, managing and handlingproblems. As the educatees participating in their fellow student administration, graduate leaders are the promoters in developinggood university spirit and study style, as well as the backbones in activating campus cultural activities. They have more significantemployment advantages than those average ones due to their stronger execution, better communication skills and comprehensivequalities.
