摘要
高校全员育人机制是在内外部环境的影响下不断发展完善的,环境的发展变化和人的发展变化与高校全员育人机制的矛盾是推动全员育人机制发展的根本动力。而经济全球化和互联网等的发展,对广大的育人工作者和大学生产生了一系列影响,使全员育人面临着新的境遇和压力。为了推动高校全员育人的有效实施,必须对全员育人机制中的领导决策机制、监督管理机制、评估反馈和保障机制进行优化和创新。
University Overall Education (OE) System in universities is developing and improving constantly under the effect of theinternal and external environments. The contradictions between the environmental and human development and changes as well asthis mechanism in universities are the fundamental forces to promote the development of OE System. Economic globalization andthe development of Internet, with a series of influences on the educators and students, have made OE face new situation andstress. In order to promote the effective implementation of University OE, it is necessary to optimize and innovate OE System inleadership decision-making, supervision and management, evaluation feedback and guarantee mechanism.
