摘要
高酸值米糠油草酸辅助脱胶工艺优化研究,依据米糠毛油色泽深和酸值高的特点,在间歇式常规水化脱胶工艺的三因素三水平正交试验基础上,分别进行磷酸辅助脱胶、草酸辅助脱胶以及磷酸和草酸辅助脱胶3种工艺的试验,运用钼蓝比色法测定舍磷量,并以脱胶油中残磷量的差异为主要指标,通过极差分析选定最佳脱胶方案。
Process optimization of oxalic degumming for rice bran oil with high acid value was studied. According on features of crude rice bran oil, like high color, high acid value, and etc.. degumming processes with phosphoric acid, oxalic and both of Ihem were conducted based on intermittent eonventional hydration degumming 1,9 (34) orthogonal test. Phosphorus content was measured by molybdenum blue colorimetry. According to difference of residual phosphate for degummed oil optimum degumming process was selected by range analysis.
