摘要
为改善重庆农村建筑的热工性能,对混凝土砌块采用简单复合的方式复合秸秆草砖,形成草砖——混凝土的两层复合秸秆墙砖.同时,在满足重庆农村建筑承重和稳定性要求的基础上,结合人工砌筑施工操作要求,确定了复合秸秆墙砖的尺寸为:长190mm、宽55mm、厚190mm、混凝土层厚120mm、草砖层厚70mm.经热力学仿真分析验证,这种复合墙砖砌筑的墙体能满足重庆居住建筑的节能要求.
In order to improve the thermal performance of rural buildings in Chongqing, some simple com- posite methods are adopted in this study to make two-layered composite bricks with straw and concrete. Considering the requirements for the load-bearing and stability of rural buildings and the convenience of manual bricklaying, the size of composite straw bricks is determined as 190 mm in length, 55 mm in width, and 190 mm in depth, the concrete layer being 120 mm in depth and the straw layer being in 70 mm depth. A thermodynamic simulation analysis proves that walls made of these composite bricks can meet the energy-saving requirements of residential architecture in Chongqing.
