摘要 目的:分析对C版网点的阶调层次、实地密度、相对反差以及网点增大产生影响的因素;方法:保证曝光、显影、印刷过程中参数一致,对印品进行抽样,并测定各阶调网点层次、实地密度、相对反差及网点增大情况;结果:胶片开始具有较大的百分比,制版时网点百分比变小;印品的网点百分比在10%处已经完全丢失;PS版实地密度变小;印品的实地密度明显增大;印品的相对反差远小于标准值.结论:影响单色胶印工艺网点质量的主要因素为:晒版时胶片的最大密度、显影液浓度和印刷过程中油墨、印刷压力,以及试验设备本身的局限性. Purpose:To analyze the factors that influence level of dots, field density, relative contract and dot gain. Methods: Under the condition of guaranteei printing process, the print products were sampled and ng the consistency of exposure, development and then the level of dots, field density, relative con- tract and dot gain were determined. Results. First, at the beginning, the film had larger percentage, but the percentage became smaller during the proofing process. Second, the dot area of the print product was lost at the 10%. PS plate's field density became smaller, while the field density of the creased. Third, the relative contrast of the print products was far less than the standar print product in- d value. Conclu- sion : the major factors influencing dot quality in monochrome offset printing were the maximum density of the film during copying, the concentration of the developer and ink process, printing pressure, and limitations of the test equipment itse printing pressure during the printing If.
