大田生产服务提供绩效评价及影响因素分析——基于四川、湖南、河南、山东省1116户农户调查

Evaluation of the Performance of Cereal and Oil Crop Production Services and an Analysis of Their Influencing Factors——Based on 1116 Peasant Households Survey from Sichuan,Hunan,Henan and Shandong Provinces

以四川、湖南、河南、山东4省农户调查为基础,从生产要素匹配、大田经济产出、农民收入提高、农村社会发展4个准则层构建指标体系,采用改进TOPSIS法,对样本区大田生产服务提供绩效进行评价,并运用灰色关联度模型进行影响因素分析.结果显示:大田生产服务提供绩效值与4省大田生产发展水平、服务水平基本一致,并在4省之间及各省内部表现出较大的区域差异.从影响因素分析来看,大田经济产出和农民收入提高对绩效的影响程度较高;生产要素匹配和农村社会发展对绩效的影响程度较低.最后,根据评价和分析结果指出提高大田生产服务提供绩效的路径.

Based on a questionnaire survey of 1116 farmer households from Sichuan ,Hunan ,Henan and Shandong provinces ,an evaluation index system was established ,which consisted of four rule hierarchies , i.e. production factor allocation ,cereal and oil crop output ,improvement in farmers’ income and rural so-cial development .Then the performance of cereal and oil crop production services of the sample regions was evaluated with a modified TOPSIS method ,and the influencing factors were analyzed ,using the gray correlation degree model .Our results demonstrated that the performance value of cereal and oil crop pro-duction services was largely consistent with the production development level and the service level of each province ,but considerable regional differences were found between the four provinces and within any sin-gle province .The analysis of the influencing factors indicated that cereal and oil crop output production and increase in farmers’ income had a relatively great impact on the performance ,while production factor allo-cation and rural social development had a relatively small impact on it .Finally ,some approaches to impro-ving the performance of cereal and oil crop production services are proposed based on this research .
