摘要
目的:研究地黄梓醇不同给药方式药物代谢动力学.方法:分别以肌肉注射,静脉注射,灌胃给药对大鼠给药,给药后通过HPLC测定血浆浓度,绘制浓度曲线,通过DAS 3.5计算药物代谢动力学参数.结果:梓醇的肌肉注射和灌胃生物利用度分别为49%和72%,半衰期分别为1.4h和0.8h.结论:药物代谢动力学参数及绝对生物利用度表明,梓醇在灌胃,肌注2种给药途径的体内生物利用度为肌注大于灌胃.
Objective:To study the pharmacokinetics of different administration routes of catalpol of Reh‐mannia glutinosa .Methods :Catapol was administered to rats through intramuscular injection ,intravenous injection or intragastric administration .Then plasma concentration was measured via HPLC ,and the c‐t curve was drawn and the pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated through DAS 3.5 .Results :The principal parameters were F= 51% and 72% ,and T1/2 =1.4 h and 0.8 h for intramuscular and intragas‐tric administrations ,respectively .Conclusions :From pharmacokinetic parameters and absolute bioavail‐ability of catalpol ,the order of superiority is intramuscular injection 〉 intragastric injection administra‐tion .
