摘要
目的挖掘天麻钩藤饮治疗高血压疾病的潜在作用靶标,为进一步研究该方治疗高血压疾病的机制提供思路。方法构建天麻钩藤饮的数据库;构建基于疾病的靶标-靶标网络,通过网络分析方法关键靶标,并在此基础上构建相应的化学成分-靶标-疾病核心网络。结果该复方对肿瘤、循环系统和精神行为障碍等疾病具有潜在的治疗作用;网络挖掘分析得到COX-2和ADRB2两个关键靶标,在此基础上构建了天麻钩藤饮化学成分-靶标-疾病核心网络。结论网络分析方法有助于挖掘天麻钩藤饮治疗高血压疾病的潜在作用靶标,为深入研究其作用机制提供参考。
Objective To excavate the potential targets of Tianma Gouteng decoction in treating hypertension for further study of the action mechanism at the molecule and system levels by network analysis. Methods The database of Tianma Gouteng decoction was established. We further constructed the target-target network based on the shared diseases in the database and excavated the important targets through network analysis. Based on the two important targets,we constructed the chemical component-target-disease network. Results COX-2 and ADRB2 were excavated from target-target network as the important targets,which may be important targets involved in hypertension. Conclusion The network analysis method is helpful to excavate potential targets of Tianma Gouteng decoction in treating hypertension and provide methodological reference for revealing the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicinal formulae.
