伴MMP-9升高的心室重构模型制作方法研究进展

摘要 心室重构是多种心血管疾病(如:高血压病、心肌梗死、风湿性心脏病、心肌病等)发展为慢性心功能不全的主要病理机制之一。伴基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)升高的心室重构(以下简称高MMP-9心室重构)是指一类伴有心肌MMP-9高表达的心室重构,可见于多种心血管疾病。高MMP-9心室重构模型对于研究该类心室重构发生发展机制有重要意义。本文对高MMP-9心室重构动物模型的建立进展进行综述。 Ventricular remodeling is one of pathologic mechanisms of chronic cardiac insufficiency,which is the outcome of many cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension,myocardial infarction,rheumatic heart disease and cardiomyopathy. Ventricular remodeling with high matrix metalloproteinases-9( MMP-9) is a kind of ventricular remodeling with high MMP-9 expression in myocardium,which can be found in many cardiovascular diseases. The animal models of high MMP-9 ventricular remodeling play an important role in investigating the mechanism of ventricular remodeling development. In this review,we summarize recent studies on the establishment of high MMP-9 ventricular remodeling models.
